Alstom Announces US Wind Turbine Assembly Facility

At the 2010 American Wind Energy Association conference, Alstom unveiled plans to open a 115,000 square foot wind turbine assembly facility in Amarillo, Texas. The plant will create 275 full-time engineering, production, and technical support jobs.
