I felt the same way when I was in the US. I thought like wow this is not a democratic country and bla bla :D

@PemuMaxx its a large country, there are some areas where people are less accepting but there are also areas where anything goes.

@YxtremY I'm not sure what you're talking about - of course there are laws to do with rights of speech in Australia. I'm aware that I'm free to say what I'd like here in Germany, nothing to do with the laws, I'm just referring to general public acceptance.

Here in germany, you have freedom of speech.... well, as long as you share my opinion ;)
freedom of speach is granted but You have to realize that there are people with another opinion and some (!) people can be very nasty (verbal) if You dont have the same opinion in some critical issued....

@tausendstein Yeah a few times actually; I think I may have exaggerated a bit in my vlog, but I stand by my opinion that in Australia we're given more rights for freedom of speech etc. At home I've never felt victimised over a statement I've said etc.
