I finally found the chords for this song by the great Cuban songwriter. I love the song, and his voice, and the meaning when I got someone to help me translate it from Spanish. I then worked really hard to work and rework the translation.
Olivia gets herself up on the morrow like working people do following the sun the first rays of the weekend thru her windows shine with a chance of something new maybe of passion watch her dress her children now in warm self sufficiency.
Olivia's kingdom stretches to the edges all morning and afternoon, a million days of nothing. Her boots and belt and her tight band on her forehead are fixed on her like an orbit on a moon cold as the stars she'd love to win she gives the frozen planets out to eat self sufficiency
Olivia hasn't learned a midnight temper casts a rainbow darkly over to curtail its own freedom Olivia hasn't learned there is a car and a hairpin bend for each and every driver she wants to explode the stars and explore the seas watch her sailing off now free of self sufficiency
