  • Read the info section. She gave a great description. She even told police and us he was missing his front tooth. Older male with orange brownish shirt. Then when he ran into the other patrol he jumped on the tracks and began to run. Now you ask yourself who does that? We don't have to detectives to put that one together. How could he have known we were looking for him?

  • At the beginning of the video they said they got the guy. May I ask how they know? There is absolutely NO evidence, just her word against his. What happened to due process?!?!

  • Put on the 2nd set of cuffs before removing the 1st set. Standard procedure.

  • Great work. Sure, the guy hasn't been found guilty or not guilty, but getting arrested by the G.A. is far better than getting popped by the cops because the G.A. know they ONLY have the power of citizen's arrest and thus legally, they're treading on egg-shells when making an arrest so one isn't likely to get roughed up, and to protect everybody concerned they film everything which again helps ensure the arrestees treatment and rights. Cops love well trained G.A. units. (It's good back up)

  • You fucking idiot... due process has to do with court not with the arrest. If someone is arrested for acting drunk after being pulled over they ARE still innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. People like you are the reason that this country is going down hill.. because you run your mouth without having a clue about what you are talking about.

  • What he means is that getting arrested doesn't mean anything. If you're not guilty then you're let go ,no big deal.

The problem is when you are guilty.

  • People get arrested all the time, its not the biggest deal?!?

Um, yes, it is a big deal.

The real point is not that if he can PROVE his innocence he will walk. Why should a man who has not been proven guilty have been arrested? If he can't get money he'll have to sit in jail for a few days - you think his employer is going to be too happy? How about when his wife has to go to work - who'll watch the kids?

Its not a big deal until it happens to you.

This crap has got to stop!

  • yes, he's innocent until proven guilty, but that has nothing to do with him being taken in. people get arrested all the time, its not the biggest deal and it doesn't mean he's guilty. they arrested someone because he fit the description the woman gave them. he might walk, but at least he knows he has to be more careful about his law breaking if he did steal that camera

  • Please take a look at what the screen says at 0:37 - "WE GOT THE OFFENDER"

Yeah, right! They have absolutely NO proof that this guy was the offender!

I repeat, what happened to due process? You know, good ole' fashion "innocent until proven guilt" stuff.

  • they just held him, its not like they were taking him in or beating him up, they waited for the police to get there based on a description the lady gave them. the officer had the woman with him and the suspect was arrested. sounds like the process of citizens arrest to me

  • Yeah, I know it is. That's why I made the comment--I was a little worried.
