@dlvid True-it was a Saint tv movie and I taped it years ago when it was on tv. If I can transfer it to dvd I will and try to post it here.

It is from The Saint - the episode was called The Fiction Makers. I have this on my PC with sound but it is in German or Dutch or something. Yet to see the un dubbed version.

If you really want to see some action, get a hold of the Danger Man episode entitled something like Miss Death starring Justine Lord, seen here lighting the bound woman's cigarette.
