  • Excellent video; I got here via a creationist's comments about Sir Fred Hoyle "disproving"evolution via math. If you get spammed in the near future, it's probably my fault...

  • ive played that game but in the end skemantics and not knowing certain specifics just ack such a hard game.

  • What environmental situations selected diecious sexuality over already existing and proliferating asexual reproduction? How many mutations would you estimate it takes for asexual preponderance to be overcome by environmental selection of diecious sexuality?

  • Hi. This does not look exactly like the logistic equation that I know (the Verhulst model): x(n+1)=r*x(n)*(1-x(n)). May I know what is your source of reference?

  • Howie, thanks very much for this series of video lessons on the mathematics of evolution. I don't see a link to lesson #1. Can you provide it? Also, can you provide a bibliography so I can explore this area in more detail? Thanks. nathan-prophet at hotmail dot com.

  • It's like going through my differential equations class again. Good Stuff, 5/5
