@thinkdiazz Hey thinkdiazz, I would write it in 3/4. Two measure count off in 3/4 on the sticks. You could write it either way, although it would be a bit dense in 12/8. I hear it as a jazz waltz with a half time funk feel superimposed. The snare backbeat is on 1 every second measure. Feel free to send me a message/email.
