I think I know the real reasons Luigi was crying and laughing:

1. He cried because he just saved his brother

2. He laghed because Mario had the vent suck on his head

3. He cried because he thought he'd never see him and missed him so much

4. He laughed because he just accomplished something that he thought he couldn't do.

I am a die hard Mario fan but I still like Luigi and I am proud of him for not running away and abandon his Big Bro.

@TwistedN Wow, I haven't seen much of Majora's Mask in beta form, how great is it? Because Majora's Mask is my second favorite Zelda game.
