Aid groups say the humanitarian situation in Libya has stabilized to a degree in recent weeks but that entire cities and towns remain at risk for reliable food supplies and other basic services. As VOA's Mana Rabiee reports, relief agencies are looking to the long term in assessing Libya's humanitarian needs.
@farlack12
Al Qaeda is a fighting word of the US imperialists. Their invention. They call all kinds groups "Al Qaeda" who run under false flag, most of them are fanatics but not all of them.
The US / GB is using them as cannon fudder in war, to blacken islam, and the same time they are making fun of em.
Of course not all "rebels" are Al Qaeda. There seem to be different groups involved, but NONE of them really stands for democracy or human rights?
