@2008mech If you're back doesn't hurt, its not injured, and you are strong, then the belt is NOT good. In the shot, disc, and jav you need separation (lower body ahead of upper) and the belt restricts this. The belt is really only good for the hammer and weight, unless you need it for pain, weakness or injury.

At 3:08 ...I still find it amazing that someone with the fysique of Timmermann ('skinny') was able to throw 23 m! That's what I call explosive!
