the pin u use is the pin on ur sim card when u bought it or provided to u by the telco shop staff. Its 4 digits
Default should be 1234 or 0000, not sure.

Yes, I changed from AT&T to Virgin Mobile (on Optus Network). Check out my other videos here... it shows what I did.

so then you can just change it to an australian sim card and it should work. If I get one from america will it work definently.

for sure. as long as it is unlocked, jailbroken, and activated.
