Look up a guy robert kostoff. Name of his patent is energy converter. His design works. a similiar design at fuelless usa but you don't have to buy the plans. Kostoff is more of the powerhorse.lol
"out of funds" thats a new one as to why it doesn't work. The only way to make a perpetual motion rig is by creating a vacuum, its not impossible, as there are actually rigs like this that work. They dont look like backyard pallets tho...
Maybe that 1% is that what will allways be missing.

Just add a 3rd or 4th arm. So 3 total or 4 total. It will keep the momentum going. Could probably make it smaller if you do that too.
