True these are the wrong tires and just about anything with the wrong tread can get stuck in snow/ice. But the point brought up is true, those Mirrors are off the 2003-2004 H2. They do still have the power fold feature but they did change them a little. Not that it matters.

GM stopped producing the Hummer H2 in 2009. And judging by your chrome side mirrors which don't have the power fold feature that Hummer H2 is either a 2003 or 2004.
