GTX 480 SLI Flickering problem

I installed a second ASUS GTX 480 in my pc,
and it worked all fine in benchmarks like "Unigine heaven" and the tropical benchmark.

But if i start a game, like crysis, just cause, or anything else...
Cod,Fear 3 etc, then it gave this problem.
I bought a new sli-bridge cable, but still no luck.
Another weird thing, the games run fine in sli as long as i play them windowed.
