@Thuggin2222 I mean further to my point about just having and repeat having the ceiling raised, does not mean you are permitted to borrow money from the IMF, you can't borrow any more from any countries (plural) because they don't trust you to return a profit, that's what financial institutions are there for yes to make a profit right? Why would they give you any more if they thought you weren't going repay it?
You still have a final cap on your borrowing lol.
