  • It will sprout without it. The food grade H2O2 helps initiate sprouting and kills any harmful bacteria, mold, yeast or fungus.

  • @estucheron I soak mine overnight and thats fine, no need to add anything

  • Found this nice recipe for sprouted quinoa : 3 cups soaked Quinoa (1 cup pre-soaked)

    1 cup chopped grape tomatoes

    ½ cucumber, diced

    1 green onion

    Juice of ½ lemon

  • do you use unhulled quinoa?

  • Can I just soak it with salt in water overnight? I don't have the extra stuff...

  • I put pear no skin into magic bullet blender cup, topped off with half of apple a little maca and spirulina and pink H. Salt. buckwheat groat granola (dates flax seeds groats raisins) and then quinoa (tan) put on the lid and man it was just spontaneous and it is RAWESOME!!!

  • is the peroxide really neccesary?
