The Reverse Fly with Tubing Exercise targets the Deltoids, Rhomboids and Trapezius muscles. Using the Ultratoner by SPRI products, this exercise is great for improving posture and upper back strength. Hooah! *Assumes no association with the US ARMY or the Department of Defense.
