  • He toasts the bread, then sticks it in the oven for a few minutes and THEN broils it? Kind of a waste of time.

    Toast the stuff, yeah, but then all you've got to do is top the slices with the ingredients and broil that sucker for a couple of seconds and you're done.

  • i think the rocket should be used as a bed to rest the bruschetta on purelly because it takes away from presentation done otherwise.
