No this is New since the Call for a New World Currency. I believe similar to in the USA Russian banks could sell you gold but never like this with advertisements and fear.

Everyone should know that the American dollar is suppose to be backed by an equal amount of gold which is held by the government or the federal reserve, however money has been printed in the past and is now currently being printed that is not backed by gold, this makes the American dollar diminish and become less valuable which is why we are seeing today the Canadian dollar become worth more then ours as well as other countries currency. This has nothing to do with other countries but our own.
