hey slow down this is a parking lot!

bad, sounds cool, but bad.

I had just gotten my Tial BOV, the old style. I'm not all that fond of the long and loud PSSSHT, and it looks like the Q would be a shorter and quieter BOV. Am I right?

ahh,, okay u sound sure... but they dont do the fluttering at every release of throttle,,, mostly after long reves like in burnouts and stuff, but in 1/4 mile runs it doesnt flutter..
are these still bad?

yes, i'm sure

the new version can kick out 60% more air per cycle

fluttering doesnt bother me as much as compressor surge... If the new one can release 60 % more air then i will wait for the new one... I need to get off of this crappy bov i currently have that leaks out the valve hole due to the piston not seating correctly possibly costing me power...
What is the recommended boost pressure that the Tial is recommended at anyways.
I know too light of pressure and it may not have enough force to open it up properly?

it's not boost pressure it's how much vacuum the car pulls. the bov will take any boost numbe ryou can throw at it, it's vacuum that opens the bov
