If you paid by Paypal you have up to £500 protection and can get your money back as it is not as advertised. Give it a try it is easily done. log in to Your Paypal page and see if you can get your money back. Plus email ebay and they could be removed for selling fake goods.

wow, i am pretty sure i do have a fake pole, and i'm sure the seller will say its non-refundable because of hygiene reasons, is there anything i can do about this?

I got xpole off eBay an when I got home it was not the xpert as advertised it was original xpole I was well mad, any1 buying off eBay then buy from a proper xpole stockist on eBay as u may get robbed too unless u collect in person an check b4 paying,as I didn't xxxxx happy pole dancing xxxxx

the sellar is saying I can return it with in 30 days, whew! They also said that they will refund the money 24 hrs after they recieve the product.

i just paid with my mastercard I dont know it was paypal, but his profile says items are refundable up to 30 days.
