as a writer, I can say rod stewart (who wrote the lyrics) is a lyrical genius and WP is pretty smart for recongizing it. You see, I've noticed that the brain, when you're mad at someone you can bash them to death but you won't have this kind of impact. The more you scream the weaker your impact is. OR you can do what they do, which is let the rage collapse back into it's base emotions and write something that EXPOSES the damage someone did to you. DEVASTATING impact.

I was 12 when this came out but have had the pleasure of buying the album again during a Singapore Stopover on the way home from the UK earlier this year so many memories.I drive to this album almost everyday.
