I think that for the most part BonesTheCat the western world tries to stay out of African affairs. They prefer for the African Union to handle its own problems. Of course this doesn't always equate to the desired result.

Any reason why Africa isn't more of an issue for the 'western' world?. Somalia, Rwanda, Zimbabwe, just for the tip of the iceberg are in need of desperate help. It only concerns us when they start kidnapping us.
