Bob Seger started his career doing cover songs. Glenn Fry told him he needed to do his own stuff to make it. AND this isnt a 'cover' its a tribute! Bob and Bob are amazing friends that live 30 minutes from each other, golf buddies, and BOTH have jumped on each others stage during Detroit area concerts.

@nicetna2010 If it was karaoke he would see the lyrics singing from your heart means sometimes messing up soul is better than perfection unless you don't really like music

@ozzyluvsu How is kid rock an original?
-
He is such a wanna be. @1:14 the lyrics should be "out on the road, underneath the stars". Stay off the whiskey before performing, Kid Rock. Messing up the lyrics turns your performance into a glorified karaoke attempt.

NOT a kid rock fan, his show is like a tribute show, which is pretty cool. Paying homage to legends is OK & better than Hip Hop....

Kid Rock looks up to Bob Seger. He would never be disrespectful to him. He's just showing his appreciation of his music.

@jack0532
its not about being "better" or worse, Kid Rock is paying the ultimate tribute to Bob Seger. Both are fantastic - true artists, not just singers
