This is my favorite movie and book. IL Jane Austen for creating the Dashwood sisters and Emma Thompson for bringing them to live in a way that captures an audience!!!

Poor colonel Brandon. He is so humble in that scene where this music is played and speaks to Mr Middleton...
I also love the following moment, where we catch a glimpse of the melancholic figure of the English countryside gentleman, walking by the river, accompanied by his dog. Submerged in his solitary thoughts, thinking of the crush he has with that girl and knowing he won´t never be a match for her... And this music suits so well that moment...
OMG, I love so much Brandon´s character...
