Magic Jack Problem

I bought my Magic Jack about 6 months ago and everything worked fine until one day I turned on my computer and Magic Jack failed to start. Has anyone else had this happen to them? I'm looking for a solution if anyone has one.

I just installed a Magic Jack into my computer, but I cannot get it to register. I keep getting an error saying "The Installation Associated With Your Computer Is Invalid." What could be the problem?

There is a fix for it. I had the same problem but after the fix I could use smoothly. Google it for "magicjack upgrade" if you still having problems.. I think you're not after all this time ;)

@jaykellywood - Hey brother I'm having this same problem and I'm deployed in Iraq. If you have a fix that will work on the macbook pro please share it. I'm hurting without my phone and I'm not macbook smart. thanks in advance

@wii90001 - I don't understand how deleting programs would make it work..
@extion - Nothing wrong with the USB port, that is the first thing I checked. But I did find a solution to the problem.. what I did was reformat the Magic Jack.
I made another video, I'll post it soon.
