@mgs4227 wow....
-
@chuckles1252 This is definitely one of the most ridiculous You Tube comments I have ever read. Seriously.
-
I watched mad men for the first time today (thanks Netflix) and was pleasantly surprised when I heard the title cut...
-
@DannoHung None taken. I think Acey is a perfect fit...but that's just me. Opinions and assholes, right?
-
@mgs4227 This black dude happens to be a very well known (well, known among the hip-hop community) and respected hip hop artist and he's not just "using" RJD2's song, RJD2 produces tracks for artists this was a collaboration that's why it says accompanied by RJD2 on the album
-
I've heard this track way before I started watching madmen. It's a good tv show but I have been a hip hop head for most of my life and this to me is the version i think of when listening to the melody... but that's just my opinion. To me RJD2 was famous way before this was on madmen or even before wellsfargo played ghostwriter on one of there advertisements.

@stonem001 what about the elevator guy? :P
-
They? No, get it right, This black dude is using RJD2's song, you know the one Mad Men made famous, not made.
-
@stonem001 The blacks of the time were busy fucking the executives wives while they were sucking their own dicks in their offices.
-
u mad bra?

Funny that the people who are busy calling others 'simple' because they appreciate this just failed to catch the metaphors and allusions being made by Aceyalone in the lyrics.
I don't know why everybody seems to think this song is bad unless Mad Men's key demographic is showing up on this page to listen to their precious theme song, in which case I could understand the skew of the comments towards the racist and bigoted.
