stalker shadow of chernobyl : mg location

It's ridiculous that you need an exosuit to equip the MG3 - it's a medium machine gun, an infantry weapon. Sure, you have to deploy it on a bipod to fire it effectively, but there's no reason a fit adult couldn't *carry* one unaided.

Ideally, you should be able to carry and fire it without the exo, but if you used it in conjunction with the exo it would be easier to control. Of course, making it deployable would be best, but that's impossible afaik.

yeah its is ridiculous, i haven't even tried the mg. The traders are really ripping us with the price of gear in this game. buying>>>>>selling.

@tlbjaypax17 The MG3 is uncontrollable, but when you have a heavy suit you'r suddenly able to wield it properly? You need either a bipod or tripod to use it effectively, but why a big heavy suit?

If you guys wanna enable it for every suit, goto Shocs main folder > Gamedata > Scripts > amk_mod.script and open it with notepad. ctrl + f and type in MG3 in the window. Search only for the MG3 in between quotes and add a number to it, so: "wpn_mg3" > "wpn_mg31". works for the other mgs

Stalker Complete has many bug fixes and tweaks in the game, while not changing the gameplay at all, only graphics, etc. Oblivion Lost has minimal graphics improve, not many bug fixes and tweaks, but it fixes tons of gameplay issues and improve the game to another level. Imo, it's the best mod.
