any champion who quits because of a broken hand should have never been champion at all. and if you go to mmaweekly you will find out that cruz had a broken hand too he just wasn't crying about it.

lol, that's right and he's also got the most inflated record in MMA too! He got that huge number of Wins fighting rusty old unknown cans! Now he's fighting top competition like Brain and his last fight with Joseph really displayed what kinda skill he has. He's a decent fighter but nothing like the character Mir is trying to sell.

Brian did step out kinda on a weak note, but hey "he who has a working hand today can punch out someone another day!" Losing a fight is better than having a working part of your body go out, and not being able to spar/fight again or feel up your girl! I know Faber went the distance with a busted hand but he's the fuckin California kid! Hope his next fight is great!
