Sakura Saunders p1 Feb 09th 2009

Part one of Reginald Angus Argues (pen name of Angus McLeods) radio interview with his guest Sakura Saunders, who is editor of ProtestBarrick.net, an activist and writer (www.protestbarrick.net) on Feb 09th 2009, which was heard on the radio show Monday Brown Bagger that is on COOP Radio every Monday from noon to 1 pm PST (www.coopradio.org ). Reginald has his own hour segment on this show that he hosts, once every three weeks.

During this show, the discussion was about how 60% of worlds mining corporations registered in Canada, Barrick Gold tampering on human rights, Canadian mining corporations poisoning and killing protesters and indigenous people in other nations, federal Canadian Government not recognizing human rights in other nations (while this same nation of Canada still has the Indian Act, where First Nations in Canada are treated as pieces of property and are put in a trusted that is managed/run by the Canadian Federal Government), Peter Munk the CEO of Barrick Gold gets the Order of Canada, while Brian Mulroney (former PM of Canada), Bush Sr (former US President) have been working for or involved with Barrick, as numerous other powerful interest on a worldwide basis (including Gustavo Cisneros a powerful media mogul from Latin American, and ties over to the Saudi and British Royal families).

Mining Companies have been hiring local police and Military in third world nations to use as security for their mines and properties. All of this shows that Canadian Transnational Mining Corporations have very little regard for the rights or property of others.
