Hetalia windows log in

Because it is awesome and Hetalia has eaten my brain! XD

instructions:
1. After downloading, go to your start menu and click "control panel"
2. Click "appearence and personalization"
3. "personalization"
4. "sounds"
5. Pick which sound you would like to change off of the list. (ex. windows logon)
6. select "browse" and retreive the dowload from where you saved it.
7. Click "Apply" and voila!!

XP users:

1. When in control panel, click "sound, speech and audio devices"
2. "change sound scheme"
3. Follow steps 5-7 of the vista instructions
