The hardest part for me, is staying on track with exercise. I will go to the gym 3 times a week, but than not go at all the next week. Thanks for all your motivation joi :)

My steps include
1. Eating 5-6 smaller meals a day
2. Cutting out processed foods
3. Getting to the gym at least 3 times a week
4. Strength training to increase my metabolism
5. Drinking lots of water
