I borrowed P90X from friend and have been doing it for a week and loving it but now he needs it back! I hope you have posted all of the work outs because I could follow yours and keep up with program until I can afford to buy my own P90X! Thanks!

@LilLoveTrooper Hey there - I'm sorry I don't have anything more than what I've uploaded already. I have to be careful putting up as much as I have already. I work as a Beachbody coach and I've already had a conversation with corporate about my videos. They're right on the edge of being a copyright issue so I can't really post more or longer clips. What I mean is I can post more clips, but they need to be edited down like this and so they wouldn't really be useful as a substitute.

Well to do a push up right you gotta go low so thats they only way I try to do them. It's crazy that the quality is as good as it is considering it's a still camera - Canon G9.

@GetFitReedman ya i am really weak with push ups haha i have a really dense body and its heavy so doing push ups i guess can be a challange but its all good

Well I'm pretty lean, but I've got long arms so I've got further to push! ;)
something I did early on that really helped (and continued through the routine) was that when I'd hit the wall on pushups I'd drop my knees down and crank out 2 or 3 more.....
