The Kata is performed very smoothly, but especially for this kata, her nekoashidachi should be way better.

@KOptik There is absolutely nothing wrong with her stance. Nobody taught or did today's super exaggerated "high heels" version of the stance until maybe 15 years ago. nekoashi dachi was created for mobility, so why would you want to raise the front heel six inches off the floor and hyper-compress the back leg?

@KOptik The appearance of Nekoashidachi differs among different styles so there is not universal way that it has to be performed....a lot of it depends on body type , size , height, weight, etc....and some styles simply have lower ones or higher ones based on the interpretation of the leader(s) of that style or school.
