I do have one other theory though, some certain species of spider carry their young around on their back for a brief period of time after they hatch from the egg sack. This might be what you're seeing, this "foam" might actually be an accumulation of teeny tiny little white spiderlings who have webbed themselves safely onto the back of their mother.

It belongs to the little group of spiders they call "orb weavers" it includes ones like the cat spider, the European garden spider, the black widow, anything with a big ass and little spindly legs pretty much but it also boasts some crazy looking editions like the one you're filming or like a spiny orb weaver of Japan, or the Triangle Orb Weaver, or the Four Spotted Orb Weaver.
