Congressman "Hank" Johnson calls Minnesota psychotic

Rep "Hank" Johnson wanders off script when introducing the Honorable James Oberstar at the 25th anniversary celebration and community improvement district recognition.

"I am certain that the people of Georgia and specifically District 4, do not believe Congressman Oberstar or the people of Minnesota are psychotic. It's clear that Hank wandered off of his written speech to introduce the Honorable James Oberstar" states Liz Carter, Congressional Nominee for Georgia District 4. "He seemed fine, until I saw him stop reading his speech and start fumbling down the wrong path."

Hank Johnson is a product of the District of Columbia (predominately black) school system. He like his protege Marion Berry suffer from acute drug abuse. Kids, this is why you don't want to smoke crack.

He follows Cynthia McKinney and Ben Jones (Dukes of Hazard). Poor 4th District constituents. Glad I moved from that district 11 years ago!
