  • Does anyone else think of Rocco Dispirito when they watch this movie. almost like he tried to model his restaurant after it? Too Bad Rocco tried being more rockstar than chef.

  • I agree though, it's not a great presentation, and who is going to eat the vanilla bean pods just straight like that?

  • Also, the restaurant was a typical family restaurant and the executive chef was a young guy who is trying to make a name for himself by making it more upscale.

In the movie, he made that dish for a restaurant critic who came in unannounced without a reservation and wanted him to create a dish on the fly, so supposedly he came up with it on the spot.

  • @Fenix521 - It looks okay for an average restaurant. I haven't seen the movie, but I don't think they were trying to show a Michelin star rated place. Just a typical family restaurant. At least I hope so.

  • @Fenix521 right?!

  • Fucking jizzed lobster....... SUCH SHITTY PRESENTATION
