@raveralldayer Yeah, it's about people being American. Nobody EVER does anything dumb on British roads! LMAO! I have no idea why these particular idiots are going so fast. Might be a city far enough South that they don't get a lot of snow or ice, so they aren't used to it. Up North we know how to drive in lousy conditions.
