Motion Tracking Tests

Spent an evening working with motion tracking. Filming a live action scene, then animating and adding 3D elements. This was the result.

did you manually do the animations or use motion capture? Because all of the character animation looks perfect (except a small jump with boba fett).

No, the animation were all downloaded Motion caps. Quickest easiest way to run my tests.

I use a Motion Tracking program called VooDoo. There are several out there, but VooDoo is free. SynthEyes is another good one.

The 3D models were downloaded...and the animation, was a motion capture. I went simple, for the testing.
