i'm not very proud of being pinoy, but charice's singing reminds me that we have our talents too and that whatever corruption our country breeds in is not caused by the country itself but by human greed, lack of discipline and education, and colonial mentality. for a few short minutes, her singing returned to me that pride for the motherland. may she reach greater heights.
