I saw this in a local (Cleveland) convenience store and had to try it. The packaging said New York 18-- but on the can it said it was brewed somewhere in Pennsylvania. Didn't seem "dry" to me either.

@rentatrip1 The term "dry" in an beverage means "not sweet." Canada Dry Ginger Ale is wet and dry at the same time.
