Yup, this is an organised stalking video. The convincing element was the convoy of cars driving in a procession with the yellow anchor vehicle. I get lots of those including one yellow car parked at the end of the road. I suppose when you have a bunch of cars reacting to someone moving about, there must be a lead or control car so why not a yellow one. The colour also serves the purpose of signaling to the target the stalking event.

The yellow car has particular chinise character logos on its side and that is how I recognized it as perps' car. If you watch OSAM7-1, you will see the same car parked in my neighborhood.
