@HeatherLynnFox1 Thank you. My goal was to be able to run a 5k this year...been off track & not working towards that goal for awhile. Thankfully I've gotten back on track over the last several weeks :-)

@MsRadChick Isn't it so funny that we beat ourselves up so easily? I hate that about me! lol And you are absolutely right all that negative energy does is weigh us down and make us eat more which is exactly what I don't want!

@IYUB30 Thank you. I actually slipped off the exercising and healthy eating 'wagon' for several months (longer than I'd like to admit!) so I'm just now getting back into the swing of things.
