Million Hearts has honored KP Colorado as a 2012 Hypertension Control Champion.  Since January 2008, Kaiser Permanente Colorado improved the hypertension control rate of their members from an initial control rate of 61 percent to our present 82.6 percent. We're very proud of this recognition. Watch how we did it.
