Ratko Mladic has made his first appearance in front of the Hague tribunal. He didn't enter a plea but called the charges against him 'monstrous' and 'obnoxious'. His plea hearing will take place in a month. The former Bosnian-Serb army general is indicted on 11-counts of war crimes including the murder of 8000 Muslims at Srebrenica. Mladic had been on the run for 16 years and was arrested last Thursday. His arrest and extradition was touted by the EU as a key objective for Serbia to gain membership.
I am sick of those eastern European countries where people would do anything to join in the collapsing EU. They sold their soul to their masters and suck up their bloody ass@#$ shamelessly.

@Omithy And as such, TWO DIFFERENT RESULTS AND LEGAL CONCLUSIONS!!!
Either read my comments clearly and read the case I mention or, well...SHUT UP!

@cetnikz You are missing the point, not surprisingly. My comment was not about Serbia, yet for some reason you included that in your response. Why is beyond me.
Perhaps you fail to know who the parties to the Bosnian war were, or the difference between Serbs in Serbia, and Serbs in Bosnia. In any case, I don't care for your lack of knowledge. I was talking about the Prosecutor v. Krstic case, you were talking about the Bos. and Herz. v. Serbia and Montenegro case.
TWO DIFFERENT CASES!

@Omithy You are quite the pompous ass aren't you? The (ICJ) has ruled that Serbia is guilty of failing to prevent the massacre of 8,000 Bosnian Muslims at Srebrenica in 1995, but not guilty of acts of genocide during the war between Serbia and Bosnia. To call what happened in Bosnia geocide is an insult to the victims of real genocide. The Western media sold one side of the story only and did not mention constant Muslim attacks against Serbs from that "safe haven" Talk facts or don't talk at all.

@Stranac88 Since the question of genocide is a LEGAL QUESTION, it can only be determined/answered by a JUDGE or a COURT OF LAW. No professor or any other intellectual can decide whether something is a genocide or not. They can give their opinions, and that's about it. Those opinions have NO LEGAL WEIGHT at all.
Your reading list recommendation is therefore COMPLETELY, LEGALLY and UTTERLY IRRELEVANT!
Good-bye!

LISTEN UP RETARDS: IT DOES NOT MATTER THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE KILLED. 2,500 OR 8,000, GENOCIDE WAS STILL COMMITTED.
THE LEGAL DEFINITION OF GENOCIDE DOES NOT REQUIRE A CERTAIN NUMBER OF PEOPLE TO BE KILLED BEFORE SOMEONE CAN BE CHARGE FOR SUCH A CRIME.
THE TOTAL NUMBER OF DEAD IS IRRELEVANT!!!!!

@mashkaa "Islam will fail in the end" LOL
Any arguments or facts to back that up? With the birth rates as they are, this world will be MAJORITY MUSLIM in a matter of a generation, if not sooner.
IF ANYTHING, Islam is RISING, not failing or falling.

@locolalo1364 Say that to someone in real life and see what happens.
Omithy 1 month ago
@cetnikz Quite the opposite. When the ICJ ruled that genocide DID OCCUR, it was simply reaffirming the ICTY decision in the Prosecutor v. Krstić case. You can't just speak out of your ass and argue for wishful thinking, what YOU would like the court to have said. Either tell the truth or don't speak at all.

Get it straight people no Children and woman were killed in Srebrenica. If you watched CNN you will hear 300.000 killed in Srebrenica but you had around 45.000 total people in that enclave.
