B.C. Place paraded Bellingham, Wash. engineer Kris Hamilton before the media on Friday. Hamilton, being paid $150 an hour by B.C. Place, admitted there was up to two inches of snow on the roof. GM Howard Crosley said cost was a reason why the snow melting system wasn't used. 24 hours' exclusive interview came almost exactly seven days to the minute of the Jan. 5 dome disaster.
