What's Great About the Main Library?

America's busiest public library, according to a Public Library Association statistical report, is right here in downtown Cincinnati! It's your Main Library at 8th & Vine, which serves as a central hub for the community as well as the entire 40-branch system of the Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County. The footage includes an interview with Main Library Manager Paula Brehm-Heeger as well as shots taken last summer as part of TeenTube, a video contest for teens. Thanks to the Ohio Center for Broadcasting for helping to gather some of the footage, to the kids from Homework Central's Brain Camp last summer, and to the more than 1.3 million customers who made the Main Library stand out among the best and busiest libraries in the nation!
