Skelly has shown marked improvement. He's looking and acting healthier and more well behaved each day. We will see if the vet agrees on Thursday when we take him in for his follow up. Hopefully we can get him neutered and begin his heart worm treatment before too long. Thanks again for all of your support!

  • If only everyone could be blessed with a pit bull... You're awesome, so good to see him in good hands. Mine looked just like this when I found her, totally emaciated. She's the best thing that ever happened to me, so loving and gentle. Not to anthropomorphize, but it seems the more pain they've been through, the more empathy they have- at least in my experience. Anyone talking sh*t has never been in the company of a loved Pit Bull:)

  • @661berkley Thanks for rescuing her! They are such great dogs.

  • Great rescue... I also rescued a pitt bull a couple months back. People can be so cruel to animals. People should be jailed for neglect. I chose to just take the dog and care for him, them find him a new home, rather than have the person in custody of the dog arrested for animal cruelty. I wanted to make sure the dog was cared for and gets a good home.

  • I like the weiner dog at 0:24-0:25

  • This made my day. I rescued a red nosed pit bull last year. They're such amazing dogs! People like us are awesome :)
