I've been looking everywhere for Obama's communist agenda and can't find it anywhere. If, by 'communist agenda' you mean something along the line of socialist tendencies like health care reform or trying to stop the republicans in the house from abolishing welfare for the needy, then I guess you're right. As for everything else, the USA seems to be 'business as usual'.
