I have been asked to show the assembly of my cell, so here it is. Sorry if anything is unclear. I tried to show the basic steps without showing any machining, etc. The pipes are 304 SS, but 316 works well also. Part 3 will be uploaded after the cell is sealed and ready to run.

  • you made it very nice sir !

  • @vox1philippines Thanks

  • When you attach the assembly after inserting it into the housing, the screw is removed temporarily and reinsrted though all of the holes, from the outside of the housing, but now it has a negative lead attached. Does the screw touch the walls of the inner tubes? Can you clarify the intent of the long screw and if it contacts each tube or only the center one?

  • @SUNOFX51 The screw only touches the innermost and outermost tubes. The rest of the tubes have a clearance hole. Plus, I use liquid electrical tape AND heatshrink on the middle part of the screw, to make sure it does not contact the other tubes.
